Because we work with international suppliers, processing includes:

  • Dispatch to shipping carrier

Orders are not sipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping times depend on your location and the supplier's shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA, Canada, UK, Europe: 7-20 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 10 - 30 business days
  • South Africa & Rest of World: 15 -  30 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
  • Tracking may take 3 - 7 days to update after dispatch.
  • Some orders may be shipped in separate packages.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
